Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
A Northern Virginia native, Dr. Truong owns Cascade of Smiles on Sollers Point Road in Dundalk.
He took a dental assisting course in his junior year of high school and has been in the profession ever since. His first job, at sixteen, was as a dental assistant.
Dr. Truong studied Biology with a Chemistry minor at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, then took a master’s in Biomedical Sciences at Barry University in Hollywood, Florida. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston.

Yes, we provide pediatric dental care and focus on making dental visits comfortable and fun for children.
During your first visit, we will review your medical history, conduct an exam, and discuss a treatment plan if necessary. You will also have a chance to meet with our hygienist for a cleaning.
We recommend a checkup every six months to maintain good oral health and catch any potential issues early.
